Founder & CEO

Lyndsay is a board-certified Registered Nurse with Progressive Care certification and extensive experience in critical care and acute care settings. She founded Revive Wellness NC to provide accessible, high-quality wellness services to the greater Raleigh community. A mother of two boys, Lyndsay balances her passion for patient care with her love of fitness and riding her motorcycle.

Kari Spencer

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Owner

Kari is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for geriatric care and helping older adults live healthier, fuller lives. She shares in providing medical oversight for all care at Revive Wellness NC. Originally from Maine, she brings a deep appreciation for community and compassionate, relationship-based care. A mother of six children, Kari believes that well-being is about more than medicine—it's about connection, joy, and living life fully.
